Whether you have insurance or not, we can help!

Our office accepts most dental insurance plans. Our highly-trained staff is accommodating and works with patients to help you understand and maximize your insurance benefits.

Don’t Have Insurance?

For a minimal monthly fee, you can enroll in our dental membership plan. This includes:

Cleanings and exams
Annual x-rays
20% discount on other procedures
Rewards for visiting

Let’s Get You Started

Enjoy a warm welcome to our office! One of our dental assistants will introduce themselves and take you back to a treatment room. She’ll then sit down and get to know you a little better before reviewing your health history and taking some x-rays.

Your Exam

Your Salt Lake City dentist consults the assistant and discusses your primary concerns. He then uses modern technology to evaluate your oral health and shares his findings. Your dentist will then spend some time explaining the cause of any issues, what will happen if the issue isn’t treated, and the benefits of each treatment option.

Coordinating Treatment

Finally, you’ll sit down with a dedicated treatment coordinator to create a plan of action. During this time, you can ask any questions and discuss fees. We’ll explain your financing and insurance options too. Then when you feel happy and confident, we can book you in for your next appointment at Legacy Dental.
