Who is eligible?

Our in-house dental plan is available to anyone without dental insurance.

Our dental office is located in Salt Lake City, UT and serves residents from all over Utah, including Millcreek, East Millcreek, Holladay, Sugar House, Murray, Midvale, South Salt Lake, Sandy, Taylorsville, West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, and Herriman.

Is it cheaper to pay out of pocket for dental?

Short answer: No.

Can I participate if I have dental insurance?

You cannot use the membership plan and dental insurance or other offers/discounts simultaneously.

When does coverage start?

From day one!

Once you sign-up for our in-house dental savings plan, you can begin to use your benefits right away. There are no waiting periods or pre-approvals required!

How long am I covered?

You can plan on your membership continuing month-to-month for as long as you have teeth.

The total monthly amount will be billed for a minimum of six months and is not cancellable prior. If you need to cancel your benefits after the initial six months, contact us and we’ll be happy to discontinue your plan.

What services are eligible for a discount?

The in-house dental membership includes a 20% discount off our standard fees. You could use this toward:

How do the rewards work?

To encourage you to use your included benefits consistently, you’ll earn 25 points ($25) toward services with each preventative visit. You can redeem these reward points to pay for services like fillings, crowns, or an extraction.

Bonus: Combine your rewards with other family members to maximize your savings!

Double bonus: These rewards don’t expire so long as your membership stays active.
